The kitchen is the heart of the YUG restaurant, and Yevgeny is a true professional, creator and systematic person who has been surprising guests with gastronomic dishes and innovative technologies for 5 years, discovering new culinary masterpieces, inspired by the traditions of the Mediterranean. His dishes impress not only with their taste, but also with wow-presentation. A chef with over 25 years of experience, thanks to whom the already large kitchen of the YUG restaurant works like a well-coordinated mechanism.
